Tower Farm rules and regulations
Clients caravans are not to be moved once placed in position.
Clients must take on the seasonal pitch for a minimum of 11 months.
Seasonal pitches are priced at £180 per month
All fees are due in advance.
No group bookings
Awnings are not to be left erected when caravans are not occupied.
All dogs must be on a lead at all times whilst on the site, all fouling must be cleared immediately.
All noise must cease by 10:30PM.
No open fires on the ground at any time.
Pitches are to kept tidy at all times. No rubbish to be left lying around. Do not leave anything by your caravan that can be blown around.
Arrivals strictly after 12. All pitches must be vacated by 12 on the day of departure or a further charge will be made. No arrivals after 9PM.
All site fees must be paid in full on day of arrival.
All people must make themselves known to the management before entering the field.
Visitors to clients of the site will be charged for, as will extra cars. One unit, eg caravan or tent, one car. Dogs and other animals are not allowed on the site except on a leash. Owners will be responsible for cleaning up any fouling immediately and for keeping their dogs quiet. Any breach of this condition will result in the owners being asked to remove their dogs from the site immediately.
All noise must be kept to a level acceptable to other clients and the management. All noise to be stopped by 10:30PM, anyone causing a disturbance on the site will be removed without a refund.
All children must be supervised by an adult at all times. For the safety of your children please always accompany them to the shower/toilet block.
No responsibility will be accepted by Tower Farm Caravan Park or its employees, for any items belonging to or rented by customers that are damaged or stolen whilst on the site. We recommend that you have adequate insurance to cover such eventualities.
No fires are allowed on thet site, fines of £40 will be charged for any damage/burnt ground. Disposable BBQs are not allowed.
Visitors to units staying on the site are charged for – £2 per person, £5 for cars and must park in the designated areas.
Any deviation from these rules will result in immediate removal from the park, with no refunds.
All caravans are left at the site entirely at the owners risk. The owners and management do not accept any responsibility for any damage, however caused, to caravans whilst on the site. We suggest you have adequate insurance to cover all eventualities.
